it's coming...

I fasted and prayed this week.

I don't say it to toot my own horn. I say it because I want you to see the experience I had.
I've fasted before. I've prayed before. But this time, I've really seen my eyes open up spiritually.

The people that I am surrounded with have all been sensing a lot of spiritual activity recently.

Our kids are waking up with nightmares, and seeing monsters. We've had illness and depression attack us all, especially those in leadership, and those who have stepped up and committed to serve.

It's been really hard the past few months.

But we've persevered. We've kept pushing through, wrestling with God, and not letting go until he blesses us.

Some of us have had visions, or feelings that we should pray. I know Becky felt led to initiate an hour of prayer at the church every night this past week, and God has been meeting people there.

I know when I went to NYC for a conference, God met me there.

I know when I went to the "Last Friday" prayer vigil, and we sang in worship, I was overwhelmed with a sense of how much God loves me, and I knelt down and wept.

I know that I'm seeing things through spiritual eyes that I've never seen before.

and I'm not the only one. God has been impressing on some of us that it's time to start doing what we've been talking about... time to start the revolution... time to start loving our neighbor... time to stop focusing on our own thoughts and our own selfish desires...

God wants people to come to him. He wants everyone to repent. All that call on Jesus will be saved.

And we're supposed to share His love with people, so that they will see Him, at the gas pump, in the office, at the dinner table, in us.

It's time.

God's ready to send revival. And we need to be ready to run with it. ready to be revived.

Wake up church.

Wake up Josh.

Wake up (your name here).

it's coming.

it's time.
